Location was great, as you walk in you’re greeted genuinely, bags are taken care of quickly. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable.

First they gave us a room that was not available for occupancy. Entrance access cards were not working. We had to go down to get help. Then the gave us another room and again access cards were not working. We kept going back qnd forth. Main reception girl was bothered as we were bothering her when they kept making mistakes.
