To be fair I did not walked around the entire hotel, lobby was clean, inviting; receptionist Courteous and straight to the point (I liked that I was tired did not needed the small talk). Clean areas I past by, clean room

One are beds was in bad condition, in the music in the lobby to laugh
First they gave us a room that was not available for occupancy. Entrance access cards were not working. We had to go down to get help. Then the gave us another room and again access cards were not working. We kept going back qnd forth. Main reception girl was bothered as we were bothering her when they kept making mistakes.
